Thanks so much for responding so quickly - has put our minds at rest a little . We also spoke to our regular FS tonight and he very sweetly told us not to give up hope yet - such a lovely man - wish he could have done the transfer! He also suggested we make an appointment and come in and have a chat to discuss our options and where to from here - so will call his rooms first thing tomorrow morning. Thanks a heap!
