thanks guys! 4th time lucky! I know it has taken others many more tries but we were starting to feel like it wasn't going to happen so this is a big relief. Hoping all goes well with the 8 week scan.
J bear have you ovulated yet? My clinic does transfer 5 days after ovulation.. I guess this would be because we transferred 5 day embryo's? What does your clinic usually do?
How are you feeling Munchkin? It takes a lot out of you mentally, physically & financially so i know what you were feeling. When is your scan?
I'm day 20 of my cycle now and Monday was my last test with nothing happening still! Uuuughhhhh! Another blood test tomorrow and if there is still nothing then i don't know what we'll do. My clinic does the same as yours Munchkin, transfer 5 days after Ovulation. My concern was that my cyclw is normally 31 days and if i have a transfer on day 25 for example then does that lessen my chances of getting bfp? my fs doesn't seem concerned but it still worries me a little.
So i just spoke to my nurse and my estrogen is actually going backwards! So no transfer this month. Won't see my FS at the end of the month so next attempt may not be until next year. Feeling disappointed and wondering if i could have done something to improve my chances.
Oh, no jbear [emoji53]. There's probably nothing you could've done differently. I think when it's going to work, it just does. It sucks but it's just so random [emoji53]. Xx
J bear sorry to hear things aren't progressing for you this cycle :-( Is there still hope for a transfer this year? Can they give you something to induce ovulation?
Andie why aren't you sleeping?
AFM I'm doing fine. Some slight nausea but nothing major. Our scan feels like forever away.
I'm finding it quite hard some days, but it's bc baby isn't a sleeper and doesn't like to be put down or lay on his back. Some days (when baby sleeps!) it's a breeze. It all hinges on how much sleep the household gets! 2 weeks will fly by, especially if you have a toddler to care for.. Xx
I spoke to my nurse and she said to talk to my FS about a medicated cycle so appt is Monday 26 hopefully she's ok for me to do that Nov, last chance for this year! AF is already 5 days late soooooo i don't know what is going on with my body.
One more week til your scan Munckin, OMG the possibility of twins is pretty awesome!
Sounds like you might be able to squeeze one in by the end of the year Jbear! Hope it all falls into place for you!
Have been having a lot more morning (and by morning I mean all day) sickness this time round. I had none with my daughter. Could be because the HCG levels are higher this time round.. Every pregnancy is different though. We would be ecstatic with twins but one healthy baby would also be perfect.
Hope you get to transfer, Jbear. The Christmas/new year break always seems especially long when ttc [emoji53].
Munchkin - remind me, did you have 2 transferred or just high hcg numbers making you suspicious of twins..?
