Bulie - I hope you're finding more joy in each day - I always have the toughest time after a cycle. I'm thinking of you.

A quick update from me...

Saw FS yesterday. I'm spring cleaned now of endo which had grown back in places and he confirmed that everything else is in order (phew! it's nice to get no surprises for once ). NK Cell results still not back - but if all clear here's the protocol he has proposed:
- Starting me on Baby Asprin now. (I've been on 3x25mg daily DHEA since Sept '09)
- Clomid 100mg Day 2-6.
- Syneral x2 am/pm Day 2-6.
- Puregon 600
- Orgalutran
- Ovidrel to trigger
- Decide on day whether we do IVF or ICSI (depends on sperm on the day)
- Grow to blast (even if there's 2).
- Use 'assisted hatching' - if needed.
- Transfer done under ultra-sound (my old clinic didn't provide this).
- Also offered 'embryo-glue' - but I think I'll by-pass that.

Definitely more proactive than my old clinic - hopefully it makes a difference. I'm going on an o/s holiday in the new year , so I'll be cycling when I'm back mid/late Jan (or mid/late Feb depending on when AF shows up).
