Sorry to hear about your troubles. I too have high FSH, my FSH level before I started my first stim cycle was 12. This has come down some in subsequent cycles but is still around 9.

I take Sharkeys Healing Centre herbs, I saw Stacey Roberts last month and was talking about FSH levels and she mentioned that a woman had come to her with an FSH level of 150, and after taking the herbs got her FSH to under 10.

I am not saying this is the solution, but might be something you want to investigate. I am not sure if you are going ahead with a cycle, you mentioned getting your injection kit, plan etc, if this is the case I hope you prove the Dr wrong. Best of luck with what ever you decide. xx
