Sara- great news, really happy for you fingers crossed for great fert report tomorrow. Glad to hear things went well with DP, my DP hardly had any pain after anaesthetic (sp) wore off after his biopsy so I hope the same is true for your DP

BDT: Hope you're having lots of rest and your little one is nesting comfortably in you - having lots of hope for you that this time with the new protocol things are finally working out for you.

As we could have guessed because of the bad semen quality and my old eggs the fert report wasn't good - but there is one still going - DP, god bless, him was saying this is a positive result - he is always the optimist, I couldn't survive this without him.

One of our embies is disintegrated and gone and the the last one will be checked again at the 24hour check probably around now - it hadn't shown any signs of fertilisation but the scientist hadn't yet completely given up on it, I will hear later today about it.

Sorry this is probably TMI - in the last few weeks I thought I might have a fungal infection, I had started cream last week, now this morning I feel like I have a bladder infection - I am drinking lots and lots of water and it seems to help a bit - has anyone had a similar experience after EPU?

Sara, glad one is going strong and hope the other one will catch up hun....I know its a nerve-wrecking time and glad you have DP there to support you...

About the infection, is it painful when you pee? The pain is around my lower abdominal...I had this after D&C and also once after EPU, I thought it was uti but its not, drinking loads of water definitely helps to get rid of it...

Good on DP for his positivity it sounds like he is a great source of support, my DP is a bit the same- forever the optimist, he's always saying to me " all we need is one"

Quick update - just checked with the clinic as the nurses hadn't called and we're down to the one precious little embie.

Sara- cross fingers your little embie is a fighter and makes it through to TF for you. Im thinking of you and DP over the coming days.
