Thanks everyone for your support. I spoke to the clinic in Las Vegas this morning and will hopefully have a phone consult next week. One of the nurses at my clinic here is helping me fill out the lengthy and confusing questionnaire! I'm just curious to find out the costs of this new treatment, then my DH and I can decide what to do next.
