I didn't get the numbers, my work is open plan & I was just too amazed.
I'll find out when I go back in tomorrow morning though.

I feel a bit strange, like, what am I supposed to do now.
Watch what I eat, drink, move.
Anyone got any ideas/advice on P4, anything I should do as well as my pessaries.
