oh my dear! how awful for you. i have a positive thinker in my DH, and i say i'm realistic..dh says i'm pessimistic. i haven't got as far as 10 weeks sadly, but the fact that my body held a pregnancy (albeit for a v. short period) and did not reject is the silver lining i've held onto with both hands and my heart in between cycles.
