I'm seriously considering giving it a go with a new FS. My plan is to do 1 more cycle (as soon as AF arrives) with my current FS and then try another FS (I already have the first consult appointment booked) who is at a different IVF clinic. Does anyone know how I go about getting (or is it borrowing) my file from my current clinic...I won't ask for it until after we complete the upcoming cycle. Also, I received a confirmation letter from New FS telling me to bring all scans/ultrasounds. I recall having 1 ultrasound before we started the IVF treatment to make sure nothing was blocked and everything appeared the way it should. Does anyone know if this would be in my file or how I go about getting the results to pass on to New FS?

Do I have to tell my Current FS? and what do I say that isn't insulting as I like her but feel that a new perspective would be a good thing.

If anyone has done this and has any advice as to what to bring/share with New FS, please let me know - sometimes I don't think of the most obvious things.
