Hey thanks heaps.Im hoping all goes well. It's sooooooo expensive for the ivf we are up for $7000.
But hey im sure its all worth it.
Im not looking forward to all the hormones being pumped into me though!I suffer from migraines and sometimes they can be from hormones arrrghhh!
And good luck to you with your second round of IVF.
Sounds like you and your new hubby will have a very large family soon.
Have a great xmas and new year.
keep in touch and let me know how you are going

    Hi jbm
Well I guess your husband has to have a reverse vasectomy is that correct? Or how do they go about it?
It would be nice if you had a little girl.
Which ivf clinic are you going through?

Im going good.MY CHILDREN ARE 14,12,8 AND 7 YRS.
We were going to do the IVF in Feb but my partner and i have decided to shop around with the ivf clinics as Syd Ivf quoted us 9250 all up and we have just seen Monash ivf on the Gold Coast and so far we are pretty happy with their quote and the doctor was excellent.
As soon as we do all our tests we will prob go ahead.
Im not looking forward to all the drugs though.
And hey its so different paying to conceive a baby now as i never had to before!!!!
    all the best
    talk soon

    to mum of 4

well he could have a reversal but it's not guarenteed and in the end would prob have to have another one so we just didn't keep on popping out kids!
we have been told ICIS is our only option. thats where they get eggs from me and use needle to get spermies from dh then just put 1 sperm in each egg and put 1 egg back in me.
we don't really have a choice of clinics here as we live to far away and theres only 1 clinic to choose from if we don't want to drive for 1/2 day or move to other end of state. we're in Tas so we using tas ivf in hobart.

we have made app for 3 weeks for nurses to explain injections to me, it's all a bit scary but exciting at the same time.

when will you be starting ivf or don't you know yet
    Janet
