HyCoSy antibiotics at midnight?

I have a levovist study tomorrow (HyCoSy) and I have an antibiotic to take so I don't get an infection from the catheter. My FS has written for the tablet to be taken at midnight before the procedure. The box says the same, but the sticker on the box says take on an empty stomach at least half an hour before food or two hours after food.

I don't want to go to bed at 10:30-11pm and then set my alarm for 12pm because I won't go back to sleep for ages and I need to be up early tomorrow. Does it matter if I take it at say 11pm before bed instead of 12pm?
