I think this whole process would be massively overwhelming with BB and contact with and support from women who have gone through it all before. I believe it is puregon, with a pen-type contraption. One thing I do appreciate about my clinic is that they don't do everything at once. I picked up synarel on Thursday, and when I go in next week (it's a week today!) for a blood test to check how the synarel is working, then I pick up the next lot of drugs and get taught how to do the injections.

I made a huge effort to drink more water yesterday, and I did feel immensely better. I still get the odd headache and the sinus pain from the synarel (I'm glad it's only one puff so you can alternate sides!), but I feel much more normal. Of course, I'm also constantly running to the bathroom, but it's a small price to pay!
