Hi Mon, Welcome on board the rollercoaster..or is it merry-go-round?
Venus, hope EPU today went well for you and lots of little eggies!
Blayz I am visualising a big fatfor you
Emma, AF arrived today so everything is on track - and I just remembered I forgot to ring and tell them!![]()
I don't have to go on the 8th as I got all my meds in one go this time (the upside to being experienced at this now!) As I've done the injections before they have assumed I will remember what to do.. HaHa they need to get to know my brain a bit better! I am in on the 14th for BT and 15th for US. For some reason they don't do it at the same time except on your first round.. not sure why. As this is first child and fresh eggs the clinic strongly recommended only one egg to be transferred because of the complications that can arise with multiple births. If I get enough eggs and have to go again I might consider two.
Sis in Law had a baby girl on Thursday. We went to visit on the weekend. It was hard as I alternated between happiness, sadness, and a teensy bit (well maybe a bit more) of envy. I made good use of the time and checked out all the facilities and nurses though..you know..so when it's my time.....
I have also decided that my job is too demanding to continue while I am going through this. They have been very supportive, but I just can't commit the emotional energy my job seems to suck out of me, so Wednesday is the big R day! I will work through to October 30 and then I can be a lady of leisure woohoo!
Anyway time to go snort my drugs hehehe!
Cheers everyone
Shelly
