Anyone had success with embies not reaching blastocyst on 5 day transfer?

Hi girls have just had et yesterday it was 5 day transfer, my embies made it to Morula and a 12 cell grade 3 (compacting)stages, i had 12 collected and ended up with 2 to transfer which i am grateful for...
Bit nervous about my egg quality and just hoping there are some good stories out there where bubs have made it without reaching blastocyst at day 5 before transfer.
Any stories would love to hear.

Hi Blossom,

I didn't do day 5 transfers, but my DD is the result of a Day 3 transfer (FET). When she was transferred she was a mere 8 cells.

I know that probably isn't much use to you as you are probably looking for others with experience with Day 5 transfers, but just wanted to wish you luck.

Blossum - we didn't make it to blasty stage either - we had ONE embryo transferred at day 2 (4 cells) and got a BFP

Just think of it this way - Blastocysts were 4, 8, 12 cell emby's a few days earlier, so there is no reason that they wont keep growing after transfer!
