Yep and it came back at 16.9 percent which is considier at the high end of the scale ( 12 and under is normal 18 and over is high and he wants to use clexane and hormonal support at the next transfer. After that if it fails a uterine biopsy for a cleaer result and possible use of steroids.

You can have it under a general but he said its not too painful. I just had the blood test and will cycle one more time before the uterine biopsy. Hope I dont need it ouch!!!

Hi girls. Just been lurking around and spotted this thread, and just wanted to let you know that a gorgeous friend of mine just got a BFP with Dr Sacks who has been treating her for NKC and he used Clexane and all sorts of stuff. So it can work.

He did a biopsy on her without general because she has had a few too many GA's this year and she just decided to risk it rather than have more drugs. She hasn't really spoken about how painful it was, so it was either not that bad or she is just a tough nut. I am hoping for everyones sake that it just isn't that bad!

From memory her levels were 30 something, she was a bit of a tough case.

Dr Sacks just rocks. He is the loveliest man and is responsible for our little ICSI pixie. You are both in good hands here.

I actually just spotted an article about the fabulous Dr Sacks in my local paper, all about his work with nkc and his success at helping women with the condition fall pregnant. It is a wonderful article. I can scan it and pm it to you if you want?

It might be one to pin on the fridge and read when your feeling a bit overwhelmed...or underwhelmed!

I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you.

    Another PM request here, too!

I'm currently being treated by Dr S for high NK cells, but due to distances, I'm sticking with my previous FS. It just works out because I'm a crazy case and the NK treatment is the same as what my rheumy uses to treat my arthritis, and the current FS doesn't worry about it. I email Dr S regularly if I've got questions... and yes, it does make my head spin trying to coordinate instructions from three different specialists!

    Wow, Dr Saks sounds great.

Is he the only doctor around treating this?

I am trying to get it for you now girls. DH, god love him, did a big clean up for me.

BUT I have called the clinic and his secretary is going to try to copy one and send it to me, so fingers crossed. She said they had a few copies of it but she isn't sure where they have gone.

So leave it with me...I will do my best. I would really love to get it to you because I think it will offer hope and inspiration when your own reserves have run dry.

Can't believe he threw it out!!! I didn't think it would be in any danger of that considering I am the one that cleans up around here
