clomid, 4 days PO pain

Hi,

i am 4 days PO, done follicle tracking and clomid (first time) and i have been having cramps all day, kinda like AF pain in the middle down low. normally PO my ovaries ache so this pain a bit diff. but this is second cycle post surgery.
im a little worried, cud it mean i am going to get AF? Im day 21 of 32 day cycle, or cud it be implantation pain?
has anyone experienced something similar? also i know that panadeine can supposedly interfere with O so cud it also interfere with implantation? i dont think i will be sleeping tonight without it but i dont want to interfere with anything that cud be going on in there.
