Confused symptoms doing my head in

Hi guys so myself and my husband have been ttc for around 6 years now and I have always been right on any kind of symptom I may be having every month which I know I have to stop which everyone keeps telling me but I have a doc appointment tomorrow morning to find out what is going on but basically I am having the following last 2 weeks bleeding after sex and last for around 5 mins and I don't feel pain there is just blood now I am getting flu like symptoms which is horrible have been moody constantly getting on and off cramps for last couple days and also have dramatically put on weight in last 2 weeks please help if anyone has had the same as me please let me know this is doing my head in also period is due in the next week
