Does menivit and weight loss improve sperm count

Hello ladies, I'm new to everything. Me 27 and my hubby 28. Have been seeing a fertility clinic in Perth wa. We have just been told we need ivf and icsi because of my husband low sperm count and not so good mobility. The fertility doc said he has to take menivit and to lose weight ( he is a bigger guy) he's lost 18kg in the last two months and takes menivit every day. My question is has anyone seen this improve ur man's sperm? And if so did u get BFP? Thanks

Yes and Yes

DH did both - Menevit and weight loss. Both our babies were ICSI - After taking Menevit his motility and morphology improved. From memory the actual count didn't improve but we got some great sperm which resulted in fertilised embryos so its certainly worth it
