oh thanks for this thread, this is something I too have pondered...I am also a bit of an exercise junkie...weights/cardio at the gym, regular walks with my dogs, and ashtanga yoga, which is quite strong and energetic compared to other forms of yoga

I have been told not to do that yoga in the first trimester (or obviously TWWs)...and previously have cut back to just walking in the TWW and when I've been pregnant...but I have really missed gym workouts and have felt that my stress would in fact lower if I could do more of my normal exercise...sounds like light weights/moderate cardio etc would still be OK, even in an IVF TWW?
