I've seen an acupuncturist with each of my pregnancies (but only towards the end with DS1 and DS2 when I went overdue). The one I see now specialises in women's fertility and health and has a good track record of helping women to conceive. The local hospital also refer overdue mums to her as she's also good at getting things moving.
I would definately recommend it - with DD this year, I started acupuncture before ttc and then during the pregnancy and felt fantastic. It's also really good if you get a cold whilst pregnant and can't take much for the sinus pain etc as it releases the sinuses.
The lady I see now got my body ready prior to pregnancy and she also focusses on getting your cycle regular beforehand.
