Help! Intercourse Timing For Low Sperm Count and Clomid??

Hi everyone,

DH's sperm count and motility are on the low side and I'm about to start taking clomid.

My plan is to temp this cycle and opk from about day 10.

My questions are -

* Should we abstain for an amount of time (Days?) before ovulation and how long?
* When do we bd? When my temp first drops, when it peaks or just go for day 14?

Any suggestions?
