We did a iui cycle beginning of last year.FS had me take clomid for 5 day (cant remember what dosage). but there were no follicles so i had puregon injections for 5 days (48iu) and got three follicles.Had a pregnyl trigger and had the iui two days later.unfortunately it didnt work for us and we are hoping to do ivf in the next couple months.i hope you have success with your iui.FS told me that most of his patients fall pregnant within 3 or 4 iui cycles and the ones that dont her then does ivf. but im not going to see that FS for IVF
