Derek Lok at Sydney IVF is awesome, we saw him at Liverpool but he works out of the city as well. The nurses there are great too & will give you heaps of advice on how to avoid OHSS.

He works from Kogarah, the City, Bondi Junction (call the Kogarah office to find out when/where he works).
