Recovery from a laparoscopy shouldn't be too bad, although everyone is different and the shoulder tip pain can be an unexpected annoyance. It's more the gas than the actual wounds that cause the trouble.
You should have been told by your dr how much you chances of conception have increased by. It depends on each individual situation - but if the one and only thing causing your lack of fertiltiy is endo, then you chances will be as good as the general population. If you have other contributing factors then it's hard to tell. I think endo takes at least 6 months to start growing back, so these next six months should be your best chance.
