Jane, it doesn't matter about the pessaries. I once injected at lunch time instead of morning (thank goodness it wasn't the trigger lol) and the nurse said it would be ok. I honestly wouldn't worry about 1 hour, even if it was a few hours it would be ok. GL in your cycle also!
