So I went to a&e on Saturday, when I kept filling the menstrual cup in less than an hour when I was up and about.

No pregnancy. No other apparent reason for the heavy bleeding, but I was given 2 meds to slow it down. It's a bit better this morning, and I'm less crampy now.

Apparently my aunt started with super heavy periods when she started menopause. Thanks, mum, for your supportive words. Cos I needed that to worry about too.
