Oh Jasmine you poor thing. I believe cysts are one of the common reasons cycles are cancelled. In terms of your follies its not uncommon for not much to be happening at the first scan. They can often adjust the meds to promote growth. It is more concerning if nothing is happening in your second or third scans. In that scenario the cycle would probably be cancelled.
