I'm doing another letrozole cycle with trigger shot, not feeling hopeful, as everything looked perfect they said last cycle in terms of follicle size and hormone levels etc. we see fert specialist on day 26 of my cycle and I'm pretty sure he will be moving us on to the next step whether that be IUI or IVF.

Ava's due date is king up next Friday, so have been really emotional. I know the lead up is usually worse than the actual day though. I can't believe she has been gone almost 6 months
