Boo, that's one reason why I was glad my clinic gave me each bit one at a time when I was ready to use it. Just remember with the trigger injection, there's one needle to mix the liquid with the powder stuff, and the other to actually inject is about the same size as what you'll use for the puregon. There's a cool trick with a 50c coin in the freezer that also helps with the trigger shot, too. It's really not so bad!
