    Congratulations PLC, fantastic news

Quick question, how much exercise to do you guys do in the 2ww after ET? My clinic has a no-gym policy, only walking and swimming and up until now I have abided by that, but I have just started boot camp! I plan on going right up until transfer, but afterwards I'd still like to go along and maybe do an altered routine, ie not running for 30 minutes straight! :P Any ideas?

    Hi Everyone
Well I am back after another dissapointing cycle. I wanted to ask if anyone knows of the most highly recommended fertility clinic in Perth. Its not that I am not happy at my current clinic but I am obvioulsy not getting the results we are all after. My DH and I have done every single test under the sun and thank god they have all come back normal but that still doesn't answer why we are not getting our long awaited BFP. I have done 5 Stim cycles and it seems that our embies drop off dramatically from DAY 3. My FS suggested Donor sperm last night. I am in a little shock as how can they recommend that if they can't find the issue? But they say due to my age it would be sperm problems. I just dont know what to do. Below are my cycle results any help suggestions etc would be great

ICSI #1 100 Puregon 3 embies no transfer
    IVF # 1 100 Puregon 6 embies 1 X Day 6 blast transfer BFN
    IVF #2 150 Puregon 14 embies 2 x Day 3 embies transferred BFN
    ICSI #2 150 Puregon 14 embies 1 x Day 5 Blast transferred and 1 Blast Frozen BFN
    ICSI #3 150 Puregon 13 embies 1 x Day 5 Blast and 1 x Frozen Blast Transferred BFN

    Hey Nat
Im not sure if I have the answers but my DH and I had issues with his sperm. In the end he had 2 sperm retreival operations. First one they didnt get enough to freeze but the second op they did. Do you think this would be an option for you and DH.???

    Hi Girls
I have tried accupunture once but I didnt enjoy it but I didn't give it a chance, I may look into this. I am currently on some natural medication which is Omega 3, Intrefem and HGC which contains vitex, calcium and some other stuff. I am desperate and will try anything. I know people say you shouldnt take anything during IVF/ICSI cycles but I am desperate and am willing to try anything.
With DH sperm they haven't found any real evidence that there is anything wrong with it but they say due to my age and embryo's dropping off they are putting this down to DH sperm. We tried IVF but didn't have the fertilisation rates so we tried ICSI with better results but still no excellent. FS is thinking of doing Assisted hatching.
CarlaMP - I have thought about asking FS if they could retrieve DH sperm another way to see if this will make a difference even though they cant find the evidence that his sperm are the problem. They retreive it from the testicles is that right? Would this sperm be un harmed or healthier sperm?

    Thumbs up

    Hi All,
My previous 2 cycle were at puregon 150 and 175 units. I got only 8 eggs on both the cycles. In my second cycle there were 4 good embies, one was tranfered at 3 rd day but not successful. I asked to do blastocyct culture on frozen embies, one didn?t survive on thawing process, one didn?t reach 5th day. I realy hoped that third one will make it, as I thought it was reached to blastocyst but only low number of cells in inner cell mass. My clinic told that If they transfer this one I will definitly misscarry because it will grow like embty sac . So noting on 2nd cycle.
I started my 3rd stimulation (Puregon, 225units) on last Tuesday( on my day2). We are expecting more eggs this time and doing blastocyst on fresh embies. I did BT today, my e2 levels are 1939. I need to continue the stim for next 2 days and going for scan on sat morning. I feel bloated and my breasts are bit sore. Working from home for next 2 days. Funny thing is I cannot wear my pants , it is very uncomfortable, it is just some funny feeling in my abdomen may be around my overies and it is not painful though. Is my e2 level ok on day 9
