So I had my laparoscopy yesterday, feeling very sore today! While this was just exploratory for my peace of mind, had no symptoms or anything so I am in a lot of shock today as doc found severe endometriosis that had spread to my bladder and bowel. He also found a cyst on my right ovary and one of my Fallopian tubes was quite swollen. He said he got a lot of it but I may need more surgery, and he said we definitely need to talk about "what now". I just can't believe it, I really wonder if we did this surgery first if we may not have had to do three cycles of ivf?? Very very shocked!
