Mrs O'M, sorry to hear about your DH's swimmers We had to do ISCI but that was because my FS thought we don't have time to waste and also because my OH had a snip and when reversed it didn't work, and after a long time the sperm start to produce antibodies and attack itself???? Dunno. In any case it worked for us, I hope it works for you too
