    Oh, glorious! I'm so sorry to hear that. We went through similar last year and it's like someone ripped the world out from under your feet! Please feel free to send me a PM if you ever want someone to talk to one-on-one.

    Kel, the orgalutran is pre-mixed, so it's just a matter of injecting. It's not the nicest of needles (a bigger gauge than the FSH so takes some effort to get through the skin) but otherwise simple. It can sting a bit after, but so can the cetrotide. Check with your FS's office, but I don't think it needs to be in the fridge, but does need to be below 30C (so the fridge may be the way to go if the weather is hot). If it's not supposed to be in the fridge, take it out half an hour before use to allow it to reach room temperature (I always had to do that with my synarel during summer cycles).

    Afm, after thinking I'd missed my surge on Monday night, I got a +OPK (digi) tonight! First time I've gotten a smiley in months, so hoping it means a good ovulation tomorrow!
