Thanks ladies. I still can't believe how high the hcg is. I don't need another bt till next Friday. I asked if it could mean twins but my nurse said there is no way of knowing until the scan. I somehow need to keep relaxed until the dreaded scan. My dh & I are saying 'surely it can't be like last time' but of course we are scared.
The nurse who rang my husband to tell him we were pregnant told him how I should have gone on Wednesday for bloods. She was even rude to him - what does it really matter? It's my body? I'm gonna love filling in a review when we finally get to leave the clinic.

Good luck to Miss B & Bunnyfeet for your transfers next week.

Congrats Sarah I hope your bfp is next!

Just reread my surgery letter. I'm having the endo removal, repositioning of ovaries, hysteroscopy, D&C, cystoscopy and dye studies.

Does that mean drinking something?? I assume so??

Exactly Positively Tcc you could be next!
My best friend who is going through ivf just found out she's pregnant this morning! It's a miracle as her 2 embyros on day 5 never even progressed to morula and both her FS and scientist weren't very hopeful at her ET two weeks ago! Its ger birthday tomorrow and we were even planning on dinner and some wines as we were both convinced this time was going to be a BFN!!
Hope this gives you ladies hope, it definitely has given me some! Hopefully there's a baby boom happening! !!!

Thanks Ladies, i know it will eventually happen it's just the when i am not sure about

Bunnyfeet, Thanks for sharing your friends story it is very encouraging the more positive stuff we hear the easier it is to be positive ourselves so I appreciate that

I think the thing that worries me is hubby is 46 in December and I was so hoping that we would be pregnant before then, that's what I am praying for. I know it doesn't matter how old Dad is but at the same time he wants to be young and fit enough to really enjoy running around with a little one.

Thanks again Ladies and have an awesome rest of your Saturday

Beau, can't wait to hear your next results! And I'd give big "up yours" to that rude nurse... You have every right to choose.

Sarah, congrats! How romantic to propose in such a beautiful location! FX for more great news very soon!

N2L, you'll only need a bowel prep if they expect/plan to interact with your bowel. I had one with my first lap because one of my endo symptoms is bowel issues during AF, so my GYN expected (correctly) to find endo on my bowel. Many women don't have one because their Dr doesn't expect/plan to work on that area. Unfortunately, sometimes that means a repeat lap later if there's endo to be removed from the bowel.

Positively, sorry to hear you're getting BFNs. It's always disappointing when the tests don't give us the result we want.

Afm, day 4 and still cramping (but only mildly). And nausea. My body hates me. Plus my broken toe is hurting like blazes... There's a bottle of wine and a block of Lindt dark chocolate with my name on it tonight...

Thanks Juniper. The cystoscopy is a bowel thing so I think I must be in line for it :/

Eta - nope. It's not. It's a bladder thing. Same same but different
