Thank you loops. part of me hopes it is but part of me thinks its the hcg boosters. the weird thing is i had puregon 5000 trigger on the saturday, iui done monday, puregon 1500 booster thursday and sunday.i forgot to take my final one on christmas eve due to dramas at a party we were at so havent had any injections since last sunday.when i have felt sick etc its been like 4 or 5 days after the last booster, where i would have expected it in the first couple days after injection if it was from the hcg.boobs not overly sore now though.also on and off over the last week i have been getting needle like pains in pelvic area.oh well i will see what happens over next few days and if nothing happens what blood test says

G'day ladies am finally in here after taking the next step. quick run down on me we have been ttc since august 2007 and have finsihed my first cycle of clomid am now in the tww. My cycles are 26-28 day cycles and I O always o on day 14. I have had lap's scans and tests done there is nothing wrong my side of things we just have a low sperm count to deal with but even that's not too back so we fall in the the don't know why category.
I have quick question I have been having o pains since last wednesday which would tie in with normal ovulation time for me my temp spiked for two days but then dropped back to pre o temp which is odd does anyone have any light to shed on this can being on clomid make my temps not spike or is this beacsue I have not o'd yet?
Gday loops how are you chick hope your smiling and the holiday period isn't going too bad for you.

    Hi everyone

    Welcome Trueblue.
Trubabe - hand in there for the blood tests and see what they say.

Hope everyone ate lots and chilled out over the Christmas period.
AFM, feeling ok. Bit bloated and slightly sore ovaries, so chilling out till EPU tomorrow. DH has been an angel walking dogs and making dinner and generally doing everything around the house so I don't

Hope you are all doing well!

trubabe, all those signs sound so good. I hope Wednesday's test gives you a different result.

trueblue, clomid can mess with your temps and can also alter your O day. FX it all becomes clear soon.

Hi lovely ladies, I have been away from the computer for a few days, staying with the folks for Xmas.

Babytruj, that is an amazing number of follicles! Wow. GL this cycle.

Trubabe, GL for your BT this Wednesday. You are having some really positive signs, so FX!

Trueblue, Sorry I am terrible at monitoring my basal temps. I am sure other ladies will be able to give you an answer. I think maybe there is supposed to be a slight dip post ovulation, and then if you're pregnant it is supposed to remain elevated at 37 or above ...

AFM, Just taking it easy and catching up with family. Drinking far too much. My DH made up some yummy ****tails over the hols. I suppose that's one upside of not being UTD over the Xmas season

thanks guys yeah temp shot to 38 for two days (when the o pains started)then dropped back to 34 and hasn't gone up again. I guess I'll just have to play the waiting game only 5 more days till I can test
Brunette: yeah you gotta think of positive in times when all it feels like is negatives

    Hey guys

Went for EPU today. 38 eggs!! That is a lot! Feeling a bit sore and swollen still. There is a big chace that we can't transfer due to OHS!! But we'll wait for blood tests to come back tomorrow, and see what the FS says. Will also hear from embryologist tomorrow to see how the embryo's are doing and how the fertilisation is going. They are doing ICSI, which is standard here in Singapore. So we just need to see how they are all doing tomorrow. Can't wait!
I'm not too upset if I can't do transfer, as it mean's I'll probably be able to make my sister in laws wedding in September in South Africa. If I can't transfer I have to wait 3 months till ovaries settle. If we transfer now, I probably won't be able to travel in September, so all grey clouds have a silver lining.
Anyone else had OHS?? Any tips/advise?? I have been told to eat 8 egg whites a day!! Shew!!
Dinner is ready, so better go eat!

Babytruj ... DO NOT drink lots of watr, it will watr down your blood. You need to drink hoever plenty of electrolyts like powerade or gatorade to make sure your blood levels stay balanced. You need to drink 2 litres a day or more. Heat packs will help ith any discomfort and raising your feet above your head will hlp with low blood pressure or dizziness. Try and rest when you can. And you are so right all clouds have a silver lining. I also have a new motto ...

"People in todays world are so busy worrying about what they don't have that they actually forget what they do have" a bloke on the Dr Phil show. LOL. We had OHS, only mild though, and transferred 2 anyway but it didnt work, I wasn't surprised. Had a 6 month break and we are now 9 weeks pg on Thursday so hopefully it will work for you too.

Hi Rob, thanks for that advice. DH going out now to get me some 100Plus, or something with electrolytes in..
I am very lucky to be off work this week, so I get to be a couch potato for the next few days, and maybe do some scrapping If (fingers crossed) we do transfer, I may take some time off next week too. Luckily I work from home, so no travelling to and from the office!!
