rai, both of my FS wanted the FSH done in the morning, so it would be best to call their office and ask. As others have mentioned above, you need to do it the same time every day. Half an hour either side won't hurt, but aim for the same time. I had to do mine at 6.30am because that was the latest I could do it before leaving for work. Problem was, that meant I had to get up and do it at 6.30am on weekends too. >.<

Ceejelz, when you work out what's going on, let me know and I'll update your entry in the list. Last cycle I had some light bleeding before AF, then a day of nothing then AF arrived in full force. First time that has happened for me, so freaked me out a bit...

I apologise that this post is TMI but I need to ask if anyone else bleeds when on the pill? I have been getting a lot of bleeding for about a week at a time since being on the pill which is happening again now. I took the last one today ready to start IVF cycle on CD3 but how am I supposed to know when CD1 is when I'm already bleeding. I spoke to FS a couple of weeks ago about changing the pill I was on but they wouldn't do it...

Sneaks in Faye I bleed the whole time I was on the pill before starting ivf. I got so over it. Then I stopped it and 3 days later AF arrived and I could tell the difference as it was full flow rather than just lingering annoying type bleeding! FS called the bleeding on the pill breakthrough bleeding. It was ridiculous!

I hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend. or house guests leave this Tuesday after 2 months so it will be nice to get back to normal. I have been using my ebay opks and this morning got a positive! I will repeat it later just to make sure it's not off. It was not my first pee but not sure. Either way it's nice to know the lh is being detected I guess. For the more opk experienced ladies, do you test past the first sign of positive? ? Still quite new to opk but I think I will o in the next 24 - 48 hours? I'd that right?

kbudgie, ideally you should keep testing until your temps go up to confirm O, but I tend to just keep testing until I get a clear negative after the positive. It's possible to get a couple of days of +opk.

Afm, temp crash this morning. AF isn't due until Tues, so not sure why my temps are dropping so early. Last thing I need is to start worrying about a shortening LP...

Hi ladies. I hope you've all had a lovely weekend. I've been busy starting to pack up the house. 1st Mach is our settlement so will come around quickly. Have 6 years worth of collectables ( general household items) that accumulate to be packed up and a husband who's never home to help before 11pm every night! And gone by 10 every day, 7 days a week

    Happy belated birthday Jo
    Fingers crossed Beau

Afm- had an appointment on Thursday with FS. He was really happy that I have lost 10 kg, but wants me to lose another 10 before we start anything.
I was so disappointed coz I thought we would be ready to start this month :-( I know so many other ladies that have babies and also through ivf that are bigger than me.
He just said that with the money, emotions and time we will be investing into it, I should be at a healthy starting point. I know it all makes sense, but disappointing at the same time.
So I've given my self a 12 week plan as a max. It's doable.! Isn't it?

I've just found out that 4 friends are all expecting, although I'm happy for them, I'm upset that its not us! One was an accident!!! Which makes it even worse to hear.

    Hi ladies.

Unfortunately I am back here. We had a scan last Thursday & the baby was only a 1/3 the size it should have been & the heart beat was very slow. We just had a repeat scan & today there is no heart beat. It's absolutely devastating especially after it took us 23 months to fall pregnant. I am booked in for d&c Wednesday then have been told to wait 1 full cycle before trying again - so looks like April for us. I am just so scared it will take us a few cycles to get pregnant again then we could miscarry again. I know we are all in the same boat & life just isn't fair at all.

Hope you are all doing better than me today xx

Beau, I'm so sorry to hear that. There have been too many of us here who have been through that disappointment. Be aware that the d&c cycle can be a long one (typically 5-6 weeks). I found the physical recovery from the d&c to be very easy, so hopefully you will have an easy time with it too. I did bleed for 2.5 weeks, but I think most women have far less than me. The emotional recovery was a whole different ball game - the worst of it took a month, but the full recovery took months and months. You're welcome to PM me if you want someone to talk to about it.
