    Hi Ladies
I am wondering if I can join this thread? Hopefully get to know you all.
I've been TTC #2 offically for nearly 1.5-2 years :/
I currently have AF after a failed FET and I think will be going straight into another one (I can't see the point in waiting around? It was a natural cycle except for progesterone pessaries (joy!) so thinking back to back attempts might not be bad.) Waiting to speak with my doc.
No idea why it's taking so long....
Wishing you all the best xx

Hi and welcome, Hummingbird. Sorry to hear your FET was unsuccessful. I agree that there shouldn't be any problem with back-to-back natural FETs. Please let me know what cycle day you are if/when you'd like to be added to the list.

I think we've got a couple of others also not on the list, so just a reminder that you just have to ask if you want to be added.

    Hi ladies

Sorry I haven't been to update!
First day of stims today so I guess that makes me CD1????? I don't know how it works :/
Pick up is still scheduled for 4th march at this stage so thought it would be a good time to ask for all your ideas and thoughts about might be good things to eat or do to help with egg quality and quantity? I've heard things like keeping the uterus warm- no cold foods/drinks etc and I know when I was doing IUI that eating walnuts and spinach seemed to help my follicle growth, but I'm sure you ladies have lots more you can share??

Welcome Hummingbird, this is a great thread as we're all going through the same thing and understand the frustrations of LT TTC... It's nice to have support!

Well ladies I had my next blood test today and the results are good. My estrogen is 10,000 and they are happy to go ahead with EPU on Friday. Trigger at 7pm tonight using synarel only and depending how I go as to whether we'll do a fresh transfer or freeze all. I don't mind either way, I'm just wrapped to be getting to this stage after being so sure they would cancel again. I am a bit nervous about EPU as this is my first one so not sure what to expect. I have to be at the hospital at 6.30am which is a good 1 1/2 hours drive so very early start!!

Hi Faye, so glad they are going ahead with EPU nothing worse than not knowing. Don't stress over EPU when you wake you don't even know they have done anything. You can get a few cramps over the next day or two after but apart from that it is fine. Good luck!

Faye, I was terrified leading up to my first EPU but it is seriously the easiest part of the cycle! I woke up from my first feeling like I'd had a lovely refreshing nap. Hope it goes smoothly for you. You'll probably be a bit sore and bloated afterwards with so many follicles, but it shouldn't be too bad and hopefully you'll be back to normal quickly.

Ceejelz, CD1 is the first day of AF. You'd normally start stims CD2 or 3. My only recommendations are to eat a high protein diet and drink plenty of water (3 litres per day). Keep it up from when you start stims until the end of the cycle. GL with it! Looking forward to your updates!

Hi Girls, just got the call from the clinic and I'm officially pregnant... HCG is 150, back for next blood test next wednesday. Progesterone is apparently on the low side and I need to go back on 1 pessary a day. I'm slightly worried, but will take it as it comes. Hopefully this will be the one sticky bub we've been waiting for, fingers crossed. Will be stalking you! xxx
