molly girl: good luck TWW, hope i'll be there with you soon.
trueblue: to lttc, we hope your stay with us is a short one, meaning you get your BFP very soon. this is a great bunch and the support is terrific.
mismagpie: hope your jabbing is going well, ouch. good luck this time could be the good one for you. got everything crossed i hope.
toby: it's good to have some answers, don't know anything about endo sorry. hope your docs can help and have the answers for you. sending you some good luck vibes.
aleenta: such a pain when you do a big post and loose it, whats happening to you, i feel like i don't know anything ? hope all is well and you're feeling great. sending you some good vibes too. xx
everyone else: so sorry i've been so slack with personals, but just sooooooo busy.
hoping all jabbing, sniffing , et's. and everything else is going well.
afm: well got a scan booked for monday for this last FET, our last frosty. i am feeling a bit anxious and worried it won't thaw, i am trying to be positive, but finding it a bit harder after our last one in dec.
i am praying so much and keeping so busy i won't even have time to worry in TWW. btw we will be going camping if possible during my TWW, if i can bribe work to give me the time off, only 1 day off work as will go on long weekend.
i'll keep you informed of results. fingers and toes crossed for me.
Ah yeah i thought it might be something along those lines. We are starting off with IUI first but we are off to the specialist on thursday. Has anyone else been to or heard about Rapahel Khun in melbourne vic parade? He used to be head gyno at the womens. It's going to be a lot of travelling for us but if it gives us that BFP I don't care.
good luck for those having transplants or have had them :sticky vibes:
thanks so much for asking after me and apologies I have been so absent. I have hit the really really busy time of the year at work where I am working 12 hour days mininum plus weekends so I am sorry I have not been around.
Just to give you an indication of my schedule - had a transfer yesterday followed by acupuncture - just made it to the transfer with 2 mins to spare running late from a meeting - went to acupuncture and made it back to work 1 minute late for my next meeting! My boss was laughing at me (in a good way - he knows what is going on and is very supportive) he was saying - hope all goes well at 'transfers r us'.
So I have 2 embies on board - 1 had divided from 2 to 4 cell the other from 4 to 5 so they don't sound like world beaters but hey if they survived the thaw they are in with a chance I guess. These are my last 2 frosties so in a way I am really glad I am so so busy as it doesn't give me much time to dwell on what will happen if it doesn't work out this time. I also have my in-laws arriving for a week on Thursday so pretending nothing is happening and I am just on a health kick (not drinking) will kind of make it not seem real as well.
I sincerely hope everyone is doing OK - I will make more on an effort to post every few days if I can and try and catch up on personals too, but know I am always thinking of my buddies
love and hugs
x
Miss Magpie: thanks for your support through this, lots of luck for EPU. I was given Pregnyl throgh my last antagonies cycle which is supposed to improve Egg qaulity, otherwise I only know about the DHEA which I've now started taking.
JBM: have to send a funny one back to you
You're sounding really upbeat that is great. Wishing you all this best for this cycle.
Hi Ladies, I hope you don't mind if I join you. I'm kind of in limbo between threads as I'm not exactly LTTTC (this is my 10th month of trying) but have just started IVF/ICSI due to complications and after reading through several threads I think I'll feel right at home here.
I'm currently on day 9 of using synarel (CD31) and have just begun spotting (usually how AF starts around this time of the cycle). I have a BT booked for tomorrow morning where they decide if I'm ready to begin the fun of injections (which I must honestly say I can't wait for as it makes me feel like I'll be doing something to really achieve my goal).
I have read most of your posts and know I'll be quite the novice here but look forward to your advice and offering my advice and support back wherever I can (being so new to IVF and ICSI).
First question I have after reading through your posts - what exactly is FSH? I guess I will learn soon enough for myself?
Wishing everyone the best of luck. I look forward to seeing lots of BFPs here. I know I have found it very hard coming this far and admire the strenth and endurance of all of you have shown in your posts.
