Just to let you know - I've had the most ridiculously busy day and haven't sat down all day, except for a few hours at my desk. My back is aching and I feel so bad physically and mentally. Exhausted and feel guilty for not doing less. I just can't I don't have time... I rang the coordinator that hit had a rough arvo and I was concerned about the embie. She was awesome and said many women who conceive naturally have no idea and do all kinds of stuff to their body bless her. I'm taking the "it's not that different approach..."

Now I'm beached on the couch
