so sorry about DH's grandmother Megan. you two have sure had alot to deal with lately
well i had a quick little visit to the TWW thread for the last week. my transfer was last wednesday and BT was this friday but the wicked witch showed up an hour ago. about to call the clinic and see if DR has left permission to go straight into another natural FET.
i think i'll be more than a week ahead of you hun - i don't have to do the lucrin/synarel thing - i should be in the TWW within the fortnight (hehehe - gotta love having a very short treatment cycle!)
one of the delightful advantages of having such a screwy body is that i know longerhave to deal with the down reg side of the cycle - yay!
the downside is that i have to have antagonist meds once i have nice looking follies and before the trigger shot - and they cost $80 a pop - and last time i had to do them ones at work
Megan - Oh sweetie, you are just not having the easiest time atm... big hugs to you, and your DH - I hope he is ok about his Nana passing xxx
It is truly just typical that you would find out about a pregnancy at this point in time... and twins as well....like a double whammy in your face - They say (whoever the hell "they" are ) that what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger.... You would have to be the woman with the broadest shoulders in the world right now.. Hoping everything will settle for you now xxx
BG - YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY!!!!!!!! About time they got it together for you!!!
So glad everything came back great and you're ready to go!!! Best of luck for this cycle xxx
Sonya - So sorry to hear about AF hun :hugs: You seem to have the same problem as me - No trouble with making great embies, they just don't want to stick... Have you spoken to your FS yet to find out what they are thinking for the next FET??? I can't remember, do you have acupuncture to help with transfer and implantation???
Sarah - Glad to hear the bleeding isn't going to stop anything for this cycle... Your body sounds like it just doesn't like the pill much... Can't blame it, though, can we
Chez - Sounds like your cycle is being treated similar to mine as far as the pregnyl & crinone after transfer.... Make sure you have PLENTY of liners - the mix of crinone & CM from the mass amount of pregnyl is just not lovely....(Sorry Rols !!!!!!!!!!!)
BTW I finally sent your CD - its on its way to you!!! Can't wait to hear what you think, the juice is pretty impressive stuff from what its already helped people with... DH & I have definately felt the benefits of it, we've both been drinking it for almost 3 months now.
Nic - Will be interested to see what your cycle is involving re the drugs too!!!
Hi to everyone else!!!
Me - CD 13 today - Am thinking I'm ovulating a little earlier this cycle again... It must be the herbs doing it - Hoping its a good thing!!! Plenty of EWCM and pain in my right ovary - This is the side with the unblocked tube, so see what happens this cycle!!!
Sorry to tired for detailed post but thinking of you all
Megan - im so sorry for the loss of DH grandma - thinking of you
Sonya xx hugs to you hun - hoping you can go again soon
well had appointment with DFS and here goes
Got af today so the plan now is cd3 start chlomid!!!(never had this before) then the POAS 'o' test which are usually hopeless for me as my serge last forever then FET 5 days after 'o'
BG - looks like we will be cycle buddies as my TF looks like it will be in two and half weeks, if my body responds to the chlomid
Just wanted to pop in quickly tonight and check on everyone!
BG, Woohoo you get to go again! Looks like there will be a few of us in the TWW in a couple of weeks.
Sonya, so sorry to hear AF arrived.
Hi Lou GL with your new cycle. Looks like we could be going in for transfer around the same time! Hope everything goes ok with the clomid.
Thank you to everyone for your kind words. It has been a tough couple of weeks, and at this point in time things can only get better I'm thinking.
I had my appt at the clinic today to collect the rest of my drugs and have a BT. BT was fine. All ready to go on the gonal-f, but they don't want me to start until Sunday. Changing things a bit this cycle as I had a difficult EPU last time. My dose will be 225 for 3days and then back to 150 for the rest of the time. They are trying their hardest to make sure I am right for an EPU on 3rd of August as that is the day my FS is rostered on. With Monash, you just get whoever is on any particular day. So I will be very happy if I get my own FS and they are going out of their way to make it happen.
Desperate at this point to start the FSH injections as it should help with the headaches. I feel like I have had a constant headache for about 5 days now. I don't remember it being this bad last time.
i can sympathise with the headache thing Megan - i had a migraine off and on ( well on really, just varying severity!) for five days last week - sucks big time - am really hoping things get better for you over the next couple of weeks - and that you and DH are both feeling better very soon
take it easy hun - here's hoping there's amass exodus from here into belly buddies very soon!
BG, very glad to finally hear that you have the go ahead.
I'm feeling just a little bit better today. Mornings when DH has left for work and the end of the day when we go to bed are just absolutely sucky, but the focus is shifting towards finding out what went wrong and figuring out if there's anything we can do towards stopping it from happening again. I'm writing a big long list of questions to ask, and will be quizzing my parents very closely over the weekend with regards to the family medical history. Getting all the questions and answers is one thing... I really don't know when I'll actually feel ready to have another go.
you don't need to be ready to go again straight away hun - but being armed with the info WHEN you're ready will make it a hell of a lot easier to take those steps. take care - and good luck with your investigating.
well, i'm being a sooky la la today. was feeling really good last night and decided to pull down the masking tape from where we've been painting. i've been climbing up and down ladders and all over the couch for the past 2 weeks so had no issues climbing on the couch again last night - oops!!! lil miss BG had a nasty fall! thankfully DH was sitting on the other end of the couch, so he managed to somehow stop me from falling onto the floor and i landed flat on my back on the couch - and might i say, for a comfy couch, the thing still felt like it was made of concrete when i landed!! i'm ouchy everywhere, but have taken myself to the chiro for a check (and lots of fixing) and just keeping an eye on things now - think it's mostly muscular pain, although chiro isn't sure if i've cracked a rib (this he tols me in between laughing at my obvious stupidity!)
oh well, on the upside, i guess i'll be taking it easy while i'm cycling now - DH has grounded me (quite literally!)
Just a quick hello as I have only gotten home and I am starving!!
BG - excellent news on starting your cycle... you are not too far behind me at all! You need to take care of yourself though... good thing DH was around to catch you - pity he didn't have a video camera on - you could have been rich from funniest home videos - maybe you could recreate it?? Only joking... rest up hun!
Lou - good luck with the clomid
BW - glad to hear you are getting back on track... I know what you mean about needing the support of your DH now but in the meantime we will try to be there for you when you need us - take care hun and keep writing that list!
Holly - thanks - I will keep an eye out for the postie for the CD and let you know when it arrives.. and I have bought a new box of liners the other day so hopefully I am set
Sarah - I hope your spotting settles down very soon...
Me - nothing much going on here really. Had acupuncture last night and felt a bit of a twinge this morning but no real activity in the ovary department. It will be interesting to see how the scan goes tomorrow morning. And I am feeling a bit different from last cycle - not as emotionally up and down - not sure if it is because it is a flare, or maybe because I am doing my injections at night now, or maybe there less stress - or a combination of all 3!! Anyway, I am not complaining - still very tired and hungry lots though!
Anyway, take care all and good luck with those people doing b/ts tomorrow.
Cherylxxx
