Hi Ladies, I have been MIA for a while since my 1st IVF BFN and would love to join you all again but will not be starting another IVF cycle till I speak to FS latter this month.
So fingercrossed our next cycle is only a couple of week away.
Paula, all the best with EPU on Wednesday .
I think mine were at 14,000 before EPU. In saying that the nurse did say for me to drink and pee (TMI..sorry) and much as I could in the lead up to EPU.
TL, congrats on your ET and that you get a frostie...
I will try and catch up with you all in the next couple of days...
Sending this thread lots and lots of with lots of and bring on that
Hey Paula, I had the EPU on Friday mid morning and then felt like gold on the Tuesday.
The worst was over the weekend when I felt like a big fat cow but the more water I drank after the EPU the better I felt.
Keep guzzling those litres...
got a bit of time to reply now? not much as i need to have a shower and get ready for bed.
bel: your friend is lucky to have you as a support, i would hate to be going through this on my own.
tell that nasty af to stay away until she invited. good luck
tl: how are you feeling after et?, 2 embies, wow. Tigerlinda is going to have twins. that'd be good.
stick little bubs.
possums: good luck and we all need a complain evry now and then. don't worry. hope you feeling beter. xx
missk: how are you going?, it seems like ages you've been in hospital. wow 23kg! i didn't even put on that much when i was pregnant!!, you must feel so yuk.
still hoping that at least one bub has stuck, maybe two would be good.
janie: hoping bub is sticking and you feeling well. how is your sisters bub going? hope all is well.ooxx
paula: good job with those follies, good luck on wed for epu.
nicole: good to see you back.
afm: well that stupid af ?! what is wrong?!
i phoned clinic and now they want me to wait another month for bubsicle tfer, so it will be in september now, my stupid body has gone haywire.
i know it will give bub best chance but hey i am an impatient woman.
anyway think positive. it can't stick if i keep getting af evry 2 weeks!!
smile and breathe, remember, just self talk.
Havent been around for a little while, went on holiday for a week which was nice.
Miss K - Oh my goodness hon, that is just terrible. I thought 12kg was bad - 23kg is horrific!!! Am hoping that it starts to sort itself out soon hon, I know how painful it can be. Big (((HUGS)))
Will keep my fingers crossed for a positive results for you
Girls, sorry for no personals...am just freaking out a bit, as had some very faint pinkish discolouration when I went to the loo this morning...like very very light spotting i guess. My period would be due today. blood test due in two days. what does this mean??? Last visit to the loo revealed nothing at all...back to normal. I have no cramps or anything else different.
they said not to expect a period as I am on pressaries and most women, even if not pregnant, won't get a period. I know even if i did have light bleeding, it could be something ok, light implantation bleeding, but still...i am wondering, does this mean it's all over for this cycle??? I am so tense and nervous waiting anyway, and this has me really worried. Plus with the hormones and all, I am quite teary, and am trying to work.
BecD, I totally relate to how hard it can be hearing news a friend has fallen pregnant very easily, I have been in the same situation and while I am happy for them, it's hard not to feel sad, or a bit jealous, or even annoyed it couldn't have happened that way for us too.
Paula, 18 eggs, great news! let's hope lots fertilised overnight and grow strongly
hope you are feeling ok today.
as for me...still experiencing some bleeding and cramping. I know nothing is set in stone one way or the other until tomorrow's blood test, but it's hard to feel hopeful right now.
Hi Everyone
So pleased to drop in tonight and see so many of you are doing well.
TL- I pray your bubbies stick and your on your way to be being a mummy!!
MissK- I hope your OHSS settles but i have a good feeling you have a bubby in there thats making you very sick.
Im really bad at remembering names but i too can understand about being impatient, i dont know many women who pray there AF does what its supposed to and arrive on time. AFM well i have absolutely NO IDEA what my body thinks its doing with AF coming and going daily even though it only finished a week ago......so frustrating. Rang my FS and they got me in monday hope he knows whats going on (at least one of us should).
Thought i would drag myself in and say hello! Im not sure I am in the right thread. We have been TTC for 11 cycles and just found out that I have hormone problems (elevated prolactin) inhibiting conception, and poor sperm on DH's part.
My prolactin levels are higher than a woman who is demand-breast feeding, which inhibits the other hormones required for conception. Bugger!
So it seems this will be a long term thing and I will get to know you ladies well .
