Krikkit - Sorry I can't help in relation to Luveris. I hope someone can help you.
Vira - At least they are trying to get to the bottom of your problem now. I have that you get an appt really soon so you get some answers.
Baby2Bee - That's so exciting! . I am sending you sticky vibes. Let us know how you go.
Seph - you learn something new about this merry-go-round all the time! I had no idea about that legislation. Not a bad idea asking for a different protocol too. Your FS sounds like a very caring and sympathetic professional.
Mrs P - welcome back and sorry to hear that Round 1 was unsuccessful for you. Good on you for getting "back on the horse" so to speak. I hope you're responding a bit better now to your stims. I also understand what you mean about avaoiding pg friends and babies. If I were to do that, I wouldn't see any of my friends! And I wouldn't be able to go to work either with all the parents of the kids I teach. There are so many pg bellies there and 4 pg staff atm!
Jasminstar - that sounds like a good number of follicles. I really hope that your est levels lower and that your cycle goes ahead. Sorry to hear you aren't feeling great.
Mitf - glad to hear that you are feeling much better and now it's just clock watching. I feel the same - biding time.... but getting excited and optimistic.
Daisie - how you're doing well on your stims and that DH is back? Thinking of you.
Loops12 - It sounds like your EPU went well. Make sure you take it easy and really take care of yourself over the next few days. with the cell division and with your ET.
Tantee - Thanks for all the info. I am getting my head around the timings a lot more now. I have BT and US on Fri and then again Mon and then EPU estimated sometime between Wed & Fri next week. I am so glad you have found comfort in the support offered on BB. Keep strong and I hope AF doesn't get too painful for you.
Emeraldstar - with your TWW. Hope you're feeling well and please, please, please don't cave with a HPT!! Mitf is right when she says they can dash your hopes. I know you'll do what's right for you though
I am feeling quite good too. Just trying to treat myself nicely. Eating well (apart from the odd Nutella dip!) and having a warm bath every night (not too hot - can't raise core temp). Feeling like I need a lot more sleep than usual so I am going to bed an hour earlier and getting about 8.5 - 9hrs a night. Starting to get a bit impatient and i'm looking forward to the US on Fri because it will all seem a bit more real then.
tantee, I'll be going to acu once a week until we start our next IVF cycle. I'm having trouble deciding whether to wait the 4 months or not. If we wait 4 months we'll definitely only get one more in this year and there's a real risk we can't afford it next year so it feels like we'd only be doing it once more ever. But if we push to fit two more in this year: 1. it means we don't expect the next one to work (so why bother?); and 2. putting extra stress on my body by doing back-to-back cycles again may make the second of those cycles less likely to work. I guess I'm leaning toward waiting and doing our last hurrah so that we've given it our best shot if it's going to be our last. Plus that way I'm not going through this over and over again when I no longer actually believe it will work.
Loops - way to go! Thats a great result. GL for Sunday.... I am so excited for you. Can't wait till the BFP's start rolling throught.
Tantee - feeling pretty good thanks. The inlaws were ok actually, they only stopped for a night on their way down south and it went better than expected. Good news that AF is being nice to you this month and GL as you prepare for your next FET.
Taurean - sounds like we are on a very similar schedule. I have my BT/US Mon and EPU will probably be next Friday. We will be able to count down on the TWW together!
Juniper - GL with the tough decisions. It sucks that the Medicare changes adds another dimention that has to be considered. FX that you will only need one more stim cycle anyway.
Well happy days the BT came back and my est level have stopped soaring through the roof and are starting to settle a bit. I have to stay on the reduced synarel and puregon but I'm starting to feel better. Was an emotional basketcase on the brink of tears for a few days and as it's my first IVF I thought that was normal. Not saying I'm not still a basketcase I'm just a little more under control again. Another BT and US tommorow to see how things are going and hopefully all them follies are developing away nicely.
LOOPS, sorry you're right; answer to question was for Taurean. Delighted on your result with FX for all 5 to be strong and healthy. Best of luck on Sunday; hope you're resting up till then.
STEPH, GL with going to blasties. I really hope it works for you. Sounds like you've a really good FS who wouldn't steer you wrong anyway.
EMERALD STAR, Counting on you to start the BFP ball rolling for us all. Hope it's all going well.
MRSP, when's your EPU? Your cycle sounds like should be soon.
DAISIE, hope you're feeling well and things are moving along. Once you start the jabs you'll be amazed how quickly it'll go - or have you started them already?
MITF, Glad you're feeling better and I hope you're right about the BFPs - here's hoping for all of us GL next week.
VIRA, so frustrating. I'm Irish and living in Australia for the past 7 years (got my citizenship last year - yippee). If I was at home I would have to travel to Dublin or Cork for every treatment and I imagine UK is not miles ahead of us in that department. Very frustrating for you to have to wait to see the Gynie. I hope they can get you in soon. I can also sympathise how hard this is with your family support so far away
TANTEE, glad to hear you're going to get back in the game so soon and I really hope it works this time. Lots of luck and hugs.
TAUREAN, Sorry I answered you're U/S query to Loops earlier in the week - D'Oh! But as you're having yours tommorow it's a bit late anyway. Hope it all goes well and there are lots of follies working away down there.
BABY2BEE, Happy and excited for you. So when's Blast off! (sorry couldn't resist). Wishing you loads of luck.
JUNIPER76, I think you're right to wait. If you're body is more relaxed and rested you're giving yourself a much better chance. And who can say what next year will bring. You can't force yourself based on what might happen financially next year.
WISHES, you've been quiet for a while. Are you planning an FET soon?
Thanks ladies for all your support and sorry to those I have missed. FX for all of us!
Persephone - So glad to hear your discussions with FS are positive. GL.
Loops12 - Does your clinic call you everyday to tell you how your embies are going ?.....
Taurean78 - Mitf - Tantee and Jasminstar - Thankyou all for your babydust!
Ladies to all of you who are next in line for EPU's or ET's or just cycling OR in the 2WW.... TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AFM - I have no symptoms at all......my boobs have been sore the whole time, so that can't be a sign. I have had some slight cramping here and there, but i think its just ovaries trying to get back to normal. For some reason I somehow expected more...the sensible part of me knows its too early for anything, but the other impatient, naughty, not by the book, side of me keeps nagging all these negative thoughts in my head.
However, the day after ET, i had really excrutiating cramps and sharp pains for about 2 mins and then gone, like nothing happened. Later when i went to the Loo i noticed some mucousy stuff on my undies mixed with a tiny little bit of brownish blood. Could this have been implantation? or maybe my body rejected the embryos and out came the waste? (sorry for the TMI ). I have been sitting on this for days and trying to put it out of my head - then i thought i'd ask you ladies. Let me know what you think!!
AND I WILL WAIT FOR BT - I WILL NOT POAS!!!!!!

EmeraldStar - 6 days... how exciting! Your on the homestretch now. I haven't experienced this before but I have heard about implantation bleeds. Fingers crossed thats all it was. GL on the end of your wait, that is usually the bit I find the hardest. I hope you have lots of things to keep you busy and nicely distracted over the weekend.
