So, in the article they said the study had the women taking 1200 mc grams or whatever, what do you take? And I already take super spirulina which is also a very rich antioxidant and so forth (hence my good energy levels
) so wouldn't I be doubling on that? Maybe I should stop taking the spirulina if I was to take the CoQ10??
