CatyO, if it would make you feel better, I'd ask to go back for another. Like myturn, I'd always thought below 5 was considered negative, but that's pretty darn close to being there and I'd personally be okay with stopping. I actually never had b/t monitoring of my hcg levels after either of my m/c. When the chem pg was predicted (ie hcg had dropped to 81 from previous test of 105) I was just told to come back in 2 weeks if I hadn't started bleeding; the FS did no further b/t. After the d&c I just had a 6 week post-op appt, no b/t, but I did test out the hcg with HPTs and would have called the OB if they hadn't gone negative.
N2L, we're on second top cover and our family annual premium was just over $4k this year! I'd hate to imagine how much it would be for the top cover! But it has always covered everything I needed for IVF and the laps. We had the policy as a single only (DH just had the minimum required to avoid extra tax) until DD was born and then switched to family.
Very good news glorious!
The nurse did say 5, below 5 is negative but 5.7 is very close, so we will consider it negative.
I had a hpt this morning and still showed a faint second line, l think l will test again on friday just with a hpt.
