Miss.B I took progynova tablets 3 times daily for last FET cycle. My nurse told me you can take on day 1 or day 2 as long as it is ealier days of your period. I called my nurse when I start light bleeding, she said if I am sure I got my period later of the day, I can take 2 tablets at that night. My period became heavier around 5pm but not full flow, I took 2 tablets that night, and I start taking 3 tablets daily next day. I think you take it from tomorrow morning it is still alright.

Bunny, actually I took BCP for nearly a month before my first IVF cycle and then I used nasal spray and from CD1 I used puregon and nasal spray together for a while. It is interesting, when I ask second opinion with this doctor, he told me my first cycle is a good cycle because my E2 level is the highest one than the other cycles. I had 7 eggs collected in that cycle. As I know taking BCP for a long term it might cause weight gain, increase blood pressure, tender breasts and so on, but we only taking it for such a short term 16 days or a month, it will have limited side effects. If you are really worried about it, you can even ask your pharmacy to confirm it.

feeling pretty crappy today.. lots of cramping I am sure AF will come tomorrow.

We had DD's birthday party yesterday so that has kept my mind off it a bit.

I took BCP before this cycle and also before the last cycle, other wise i would be waiting months for AF to arrive.

Hang in there Glorious honestly you can get all pmt symptoms and cramps and it doesn't always mean AF. Fingers x for you

I have been feeling crampy all day today too. I caved & did hpt but in afternoon & it was neg . Hoping it was too dilute.

MissB- Yay for the arrival of AF. When do you have your first scan to check on the progress of your lining? Fx we end up in the TWW together!

Glorious- When did you do the last hpt? Fx it was too early! Wierd that it was negative the day after Pregnyl hey.

Beau- Oh honey I can imagine you must be stressed after seeing the neg hpt. I'm assuming you must have been too dilute. Did you use a FRER?

AFM- One more sleep till my scan. Praying so so hard that my lining is doing something!

hi everyone.... I'm stalking, but it's really hard to 'get into' it at the moment. I am doing an FET this month, but to be honest, I feel like it's a waste... I want to do it, but I can't imagine it working.

watching Juno tonight... and it's harder to watch this time - I loved it the first few times I saw it... but somehow it has a different meaning these days... sigh....

Sorry I didn't do personals yesterday ladies, I was so dog tired. No wonder as today I got the full flow. So CD1 for me.

Thanks for the replies regarding the cycle days ladies. I don't know why I get so nervous when I start a cycle, I suppose I just want to do all the right things. So I got more of a flow after 6 pm yesterday, but I'm counting today as day 1 as it was full flow from early in the morning. Took my 3 progynova tables today.

Beau, so confusing hun!! I'm glad there is a pg sac there, but I'm not sure why you're getting negative pg tests. Hang in there till Tuesday hun .

Jasmine, I will call my nurse tomorrow and find out when I go in for my first scan. I have to really start organising my pessaries though, I will need them soon. GL with your scan tomorrow, FX.

Just had my scan. I have a 17mm follicle on the left and an 8.7mm lining . I will triggering this arvo and go back next Monday for FET. The FS has given me Pregnyl boosters, crinone, provera and prednisone to help 'support' everything.
