Speaking of acupuncture, I had my first ever session today! I have a needle phobia which I wanted to address before we start IVF, and the documented benefits were enough for me to make an appointment.
I actually found it really relaxing, we discussed all the fertility issues and other health problems (migraines and weight) and we came up with a plan for the next 6 or so weeks to try and help. My next session is booked for Friday 29th.

In other news AF has gone for another month, thank goodness!
