I'd have thought most acus would want you up and about, getting your circulation going. I never did bedrest, but did do a bit of couch time with some DVDs...

1MP, you posted while I was typing... If it was 9 days for 5000iu, then assuming a 24-48 hour half-life, you'd be looking at 10-11 days for 10000iu...
