Beau30, I have done two cycles of FET medicated on Progynova 2mg 3Times a day, I don't remember my periods being any different to normal. No you don't ovulate while on Progynova I was told by my FS.
I can't keep up anymore!! Sorry I seem MIA, know that I am here and I care and hope you are all doing okay. I am plodding along, just keeping quiet for now as I think that's where my headspace is. Feels like I have been in here forever and I can't imagine leaving
im am worried as I have started to think maybe I don't even want a baby anymore... But I suspect that's my brain trying to protect me. I can't even imagine being a mum anyone, but the feeling of being pregnant was so so wonderful, I hope I DO get the chance again, and this one sticks around.
myturn, don't take this the wrong way, but we can't wait to see you leave the group (and join a belly buddies group)!! You have to do it, hun, to give me hope that I can too!
Afm, definitely a BFN for me this cycle. HPTs are too faint to be anything other than booster at this stage. So the pressure is on the rest of the group to start our May BFP list!! C'mon ladies!
my turn. It's hard to feel positive all the time, but that's okay. But you will get another wind and your dream will ignite again! Sending you positive vibes x
Welcome Bunnyfeet! May your time here be short & sweet
Hi to everyone else
First scan today...about 7 or so follies measuring 10mm so apparently looking good so far. Started cetrotide tonight...no one said it was going to hurt! Hopefully that diminishes soon!
Kel, when I had a lap AF was due a few days later, like within the next four days, as I was spotting and bleeding on and off for about 9 days she didnt/did (who knows!) arrive, but was about a month after that as if that bleeding was AF, so my experience is no good for you! ... Actually don't even know why I'm replying, it's no help at all!!! Well...I was thinking about you anyway FX someone is more helpful than me!!
Kel, it depends on when in your cycle you had the lap done. My first lap was at O time - I bled for 2 weeks post lap and then went straight into AF without a real break (the post-lap bleeding had eased a bit and then AF started heavy - yay for bleeding 3 weeks straight, not!). I could tell the third week was AF because of the pain (first two weeks were pain-free) as well as the timing. So, that first time, my cycle was the normal length. My second lap was CD4 and it caused O to be delayed by approx 2 weeks (O'd CD29), so the cycle was 2 weeks longer than normal. Funny thing with that was I had my post-lap appt before I O'd and my (former) FS didn't believe me when I said I hadn't O'd yet (his exact words were "you can't know that"). His arrogance always made it a delight to prove him wrong! But I digress...
So, basically, if the lap was done early in your cycle, the stress of the lap can delay O, extending your cycle or even causing it to be annovulatory. If it was done close to O or post-O your cycle will probably be about normal (LP might be a day or two shorter due to the aforementioned stress).

: geez, so many typos!
Myturn, your reply cracked me up! Believe me no reply is useless info for this awful journey we go on, I am just glad that everyone on here is so supportive and care enough to share their story.
Juniper, thank you for your reply, I had mine at CD15 so I would have O'd within a day or two. I was just worried whether or not I would have known if it was AF or just me still bleeding but I must admit I am only wearing a pad now as precautionary, sorry if that was too much info!
Just have to say myturn you're not on your own... I feel the same way - that I've been going through this for so long (TTC for me goes way back before DH, my ex and I were also TTC for many years so I feel I've had this hole in my heart for about 8 years now - it destroyed my last relationship) that I can't even imagine being pregnant or being a mum anymore. It scares me really because picturing it used to keep me positive now I go through the motions not really expecting anything to happen.

D'oh! Had a reply typed out and accidentally hit Back and the computer (the one time I wanted it to) didn't ask me to confirm I wanted to leave the page! Gah!!
Kel, I actually got caught out after my first lap. I bled for about 5 days and then had nothing for about 3 days. When I started bleeding heavily again, I thought it was AF (even though it was almost a week early). That second lot of bleeding tapered off to a light flow after a few days and then BAM heavy again and oh so painful and that's when I knew that it was actually the third lot of bleeding that was AF! I was so disappointed because I had thought for that second week that I was having my first pain-free AF ever, only to find out it wasn't AF and when AF did show up it hurt as much as ever!
Just so you know, it's normal for the first 2-3 AFs after a lap to be nasty. After that, they should get better.
