Decided today I need to do something about my negative feelings about all this before I have another embryo transfer. I really want to go into the next one with a more positive mind. Going to the gym tonight for a body balance class and am booked in with a friend of mine Saturday morning for a healing massage... I'm not big on that sort of thing but have had them in the past and it's amazing how much it helps the frame of mind.. I know a lot of you do acupuncture but I don't feel that would be for me. The idea of my body being full of needles just freaks me out!

Faye you should give acupuncture a try...after all the needles you go through for IVF, a few little acu needles won't hurt. I was a bit sceptical when I first tried acu especially being a scientist but it was the most relaxing time I have ever had. Beats a massage hands down any day. Frequently fall asleep during a session & you seriously don't even feel them.

    Hello everyone,

Sorry I have not been here for a while. Since Oct of last year, I have done one more stimulation and I had 3 frozen embryos. I've just done one frozen embryo transfer 2 weeks ago and I had BFN today. I told myself not to cry this time, but I still did.

My doctor said I don't need to use any progesterone for this nature cycle transfer because it shows the higher pregnancy rate in this way, but my period still came one day earlier. I am so disappointed.

Oops! Spot the person who didn't get enough sleep last night! Thanks for pointing it out. I'd have been very confused tomorrow...
