afm: well my bubs is on board. had FET on wed morn and all is well so far. got acupunture booked for tomorrow and then just waiting waiting.
they didn't take out my wisdom tooth . they wait to see if i preg 1st. but i had to have 2 x fillings. ouch!!!
as for bubs, well all is fine and fs said i can test early. meaning on day af is due( day 28) but will still have to do bloods on the 28th nov
day 28 will be sunday the 23rd of november. 10 days and counting.
i'm feeling pretty relaxed at the moment.

Goodluck luck everybody .... I'm getting a BT next Wednesday now 14 days past fertilisation ... i'm having a little case of OHSS though .. I was fine after ET and now I'm experiencing some bloating big TIME , I'm 8dpo ..more like a sore ache in my belly *fingers X*
sorry not many personals.
So much has happened since my last thread a wouldn't know where to begin my personal responses. But can I just say that you are all an inspiration and that in my heart that I know each one of you will have successful pg, I just know it.
It's 2.30 in the morning and it's too hot to sleep. Since my m/c last month I have made a speedy recovery and am feeling optimistic once more. I spent too long sore and sorry for myself and am now looking forward to the next chapter. DH & I have been brought so much closer these last few months, atleast a definite positive has come out of this. We will have our first FET around the New Year. I'm not going to think about it too much yet, but try and keep positive and enjoy life.
I'm thinking of you all and hoping you each have good news to share very soon... I know I will, I just know it!!!

Hi all, this is my first time on this site, but I am hoping someone may be able to help me out with some info...
I have just become pregnant after a frozen cycle and am on Crinone 2 times a day and it is now no longer covered under my IVF fees, so I now pay $188 per week for it and have to be on it for the first 12 weeks!! Does anyone know if there is any assistance or rebate available??
My first pregnancy I was only on it for 2 weeks and the other cycles have not been successful so I have not had to take it for this long before, but it certainly is getting expensive on top of everything else!!
Welcome and a big congratulations to you. How wonderful. Hope you find lots of helpful info here on BB. As far as I know after your IVF cycle allowance of Crinone is used up, any additional is at your own cost. And I don't believe that there is any additional rebate through Medicare etc. I have been keeping my receipts however as I believe you can claim some of it back on your tax.

Well I thought it about time I popped back in, I haven?t been posting very much, but lurking lots and lots and lots, I think I have read every post ever posted on BB. After my last BFN I crashed emotionally, and physically too I think, I have been doing IVF on and off for the last 12 months and had reached breaking point. I had thought that I needed a break from it all, however have found that my obsession with TTC only increased because I wasn?t doing anything about it. So I have realised that I would rather be trying TTC and cycling than doing nothing and waiting waiting. If I could have squeezed in another stim cycle this year I would have, but with the Xmas break, timing just didn?t work. So, I have seen my FS, and I have a new plan.
Smithy WOOHOO congratulations, that is wonderful news, so glad 'operation give DH a BFP for Christmas' was a success. Looking forward to seeing how it all goes for you

AFM, I am on a natural cycle now, temping and checking CM, plus OPK, it is Day 23 for me and I don?t think I have O yet, my crazy cycles. My last few natural cycles post stim cycles have been around 40 days, so I still have a while to go.
As soon as AF arrives I start a down reg pill cycle, FS has put me on the Colorado Protocol, I am very excited and hoping that this will in some way help overcome what seems to be my implantation issue. Everything else seems to go well for me, good number of follies, good fert, good blastis, but no BFP after 4 ETs. So now I am counting down the days?
